A 2026 Program of the Simon Estes Educational Foundation

Breakthrough AI, in the hands of the people who serve our communities.

The SEEF Technology Initiative puts advanced AI capability, high-caliber development, and precision technology accelerants into the nonprofits already serving under-resourced communities, so they can make a generational leap in what they are able to do.

Since 1983

A 43-year legacy, now amplified.

For four decades, the Simon Estes Educational Foundation has sent hundreds of under-resourced students from Tulsa to the nation's finest universities. Co-founded in 1983 by Jayne L. Reed and the internationally renowned bass-baritone Dr. Simon Estes, SEEF has spent a generation opening doors that were closed. The Technology Initiative is the next chapter, built on that foundation.

What we place in their hands
Intelligence systems

Advanced AI capability

Frontier artificial intelligence, applied to the real work of nonprofits, so a small team can do what once took a large one.

Engineering systems

High-caliber development

Senior software talent that builds the custom systems these organizations need and could never afford on their own.

Acceleration systems

Precision technology accelerants

Targeted tools that remove the exact bottleneck holding a mission back, measured by the capacity they return.

Proven on ourselves first

We did not propose the model. We ran it.

The Digital Scholar Management Platform is a custom, three-portal, AI-augmented system we built and operate: one portal for administration, one for board review, one for student application. It ran SEEF's entire 2026 scholarship cycle end to end, from application intake through pre-screening, cohort selection, and orientation. Before we ask any nonprofit to trust the leap, we made it ourselves.

How the capability reaches the community

Capability that reaches the whole community.

Advanced AI does not reach an under-resourced community on its own. It reaches it through the organizations that already serve it. The Initiative places breakthrough capability with the nonprofit, the nonprofit carries it into the daily work, and the community feels the difference in what their trusted organizations can suddenly do. We hand the leap to the people closest to the need.
